We proudly deliver across all seven Emirates:

Processing Time
All UAE orders are processed within 15 business days after your order has been confirmed.
Delivery Time
Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 1–2 business days through our trusted courier partners.
Shipping Fee
A flat shipping rate of AED 30 applies to all deliveries within the UAE.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available throughout the UAE at no additional service charge.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
To avoid delays, please ensure your delivery address, contact number, and recipient information are accurate when placing your order.

Processing Time
International orders are processed within 18 business days after full payment has been successfully received.
Estimated Delivery Time
International deliveries generally arrive within 15–18 business days, depending on customs clearance procedures and local courier services.
Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on:
- Destination country
- Package weight
- Parcel dimensions
Payment
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for international orders. Full payment is required before production and shipping begin.
Order Tracking
After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp so you can follow your shipment until delivery.

Shipping fees are calculated automatically during checkout based on the destination and parcel weight.
All shipping charges are clearly displayed before payment, with no hidden fees.
Processing & Dispatch
Orders are prepared and dispatched during our normal business hours:
Sunday – Thursday
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (UAE Time)
We are closed on Fridays, Saturdays, and UAE public holidays.
Please note:
- Ready-to-wear abayas may be shipped sooner.
- Custom-made abayas may require additional tailoring and quality inspection, resulting in longer processing times.
Changing Your Delivery Address
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us before your order has been dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address.
Delayed or Missing Orders
Although we work with reliable courier partners, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to customs processing, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged:
- Do not accept the package if possible.
- Notify the delivery courier immediately.
- Contact Usicka as soon as possible.
If the parcel was delivered in your absence and you discover damage afterward, please email us with:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the damaged package
- Photographs of the damaged product(s)
This will help us resolve your claim quickly.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
UAE Orders
All prices displayed on our website include applicable UAE VAT, where required.
International Orders
Import duties, customs taxes, and other government charges may vary by destination country.
Where applicable, these charges may be prepaid at checkout. If prepaid duties are not available for your destination, you are responsible for paying any import taxes, customs duties, or clearance fees required by your local customs authority before delivery.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before they have entered production or been dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, cancelled, or handed over to the courier, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
Force Majeure
Usicka shall not be responsible for shipping delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Customs inspections
- Natural disasters
- Severe weather
- Government restrictions
- Public holidays
- Transportation disruptions
- Pandemics
- Labor strikes
